Credit Hub
Overview
Credit Hub allows you to access a credit balance in USDC, which you can spend directly with your XPlace Card. Your available credit is generated based on the value of assets you have deposited in the Savings Hub.
In other words — your deposits act as collateral, and XPlace gives you a credit line against it, without selling your crypto.
How It Works
Deposit Assets in Savings Hub
When you add tokens to your Savings Hub, they automatically generate Credit Power (collateral value).
Depending on the type of asset, you receive 30%–70% of its USD value as available credit.
Receive Credit in USDC
The available credit is always issued in USDC — a stable and spendable currency.
This balance is instantly available for use with your XPlace Card.
Spend Freely
You can use your credit balance for any card transactions — online or offline, with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
There are no fixed repayment dates — you can repay anytime by replenishing your balance or returning USDC.
Risk & Liquidation
Your assets in the Savings Hub serve as collateral. If the market value of those assets drops significantly, your collateral may be partially liquidated to maintain the system’s safety.
To avoid liquidation:
Monitor your Collateral Ratio inside the app
Add more collateral or repay part of your credit if your LTV gets too high
